Philodendron Melanochrysum

A truly stunning cultivar of Philodendron which large velvet black and gold foliage. With contrasting yellow veins against the deep colouration of its elegant leaves, this is truly a statement plant.

The name originates from ‘Melano’ meaning Black in Greek and ‘Chrysum’ meaning Golden which characterises this Plant perfectly!

Water: You should water this plant when the top inch of the Soil Mix is dry.

Lighting: This plant prefers bright indirect light, however, avoid direct sunlight which can damage the leaves.

Humidity: Philodendron ‘Melanochrysum’ will appreciate higher humidity.
